1. Legal Entity & Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between the Buyer (“Researcher”) and:
BIONIX Research (“BIONIX”, “we”, “us”, “the Operator”)
By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Intended Use & Safety Classification
2.1 Research Use Only (RUO)
All products sold by BIONIX are supplied exclusively as laboratory research reagents.
They are not classified as medicinal products, food substances, cosmetics, or therapeutic agents.
The products must not be used for:
- human or veterinary administration
- ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical use
- diagnostic or therapeutic procedures
- cosmetic formulation for end-user application
2.2 No Usage Instructions
BIONIX does not provide instructions, protocols, or guidelines regarding the handling, preparation, or application of research reagents beyond general laboratory safety information.
2.3 Buyer Qualifications
By purchasing, the Buyer confirms that:
- they are at least 18 years of age
- they have appropriate scientific knowledge and laboratory facilities
- they comply with all applicable laws for handling research chemicals in their jurisdiction
All responsibility for proper handling lies with the Buyer.
3. Contract Formation
3.1 Product listings constitute a non-binding catalog.
3.2 By submitting an order, the Buyer makes a binding purchase offer.
3.3 A contract is formed once we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
We may decline orders where we suspect non-research use or regulatory non-compliance.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1 Prices are listed in Euros (€).
VAT is applied according to EU law unless a valid EU VAT ID is provided.
4.2 Payment Methods:
We accept:
- SEPA Bank Transfer
- Cryptocurrency
Orders paid via SEPA bank transfer and Cryptocurrency are processed once funds are received.
Digital payment methods are processed at the exchange rate displayed during checkout.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
5.1 Goods are shipped from within the European Union.
5.2 Tracking is provided for all shipments.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
5.3 The risk transfers to the Buyer when the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
5.4 For orders outside the EU, the Buyer acts as importer of record.
BIONIX is not liable for delays, duties, or customs restrictions outside the EU.
6. Compliance, Misuse & Indemnification
6.1 Products may not be repackaged, redistributed, or used for any form of consumer application.
6.2 The Buyer agrees to use products only in compliance with applicable laws.
6.3 The Buyer indemnifies BIONIX and its representatives against claims arising from:
- improper handling or storage
- non-research or prohibited use
- regulatory violations outside our control
- any bodily harm or damage resulting from misuse
BIONIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Quality, Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted for unused, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
Opened, damaged, or reconstituted products cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
8. Export, Regulatory & AML Compliance
The Buyer agrees not to:
- export products to embargoed destinations
- divert products for non-research or consumer use
- misrepresent the nature of the goods for customs purposes
Orders may be reviewed or cancelled to comply with EU AML, export, and safety laws.
9. Severability
Should any clause be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
